Jim and Gerry have more than 60 years combined real estate experience and have successfully closed hundreds of real estate transactions for their clients.

Jim has been a licensed Realtor since 1985 and is a partner and managing broker for Lowell Hopkins Properties. Jim has completed his Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration (Marketing) degrees and is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker and Insurance Broker.

Jim is a former NFL Hall of Fame award recipient and was selected to the 1982 NAIA Collegiate Tennis Academic All American Team. Jim has participated on the ATP Men’s Professional Tennis Circuit and served as the Tennis Director for the Pebble Beach Company.

He has also served as President and Owner of Pacific Sports Advantage, a sports management firm specializing in marketing and client representation of professional athletes.

With a graduate degree in international business management and a background as a professional tennis player, Gerry brings over 35 years of experience as a Realtor on the Monterey Peninsula to Lowell Hopkins Properties. Gerry is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation that only 5% of Realtors nationwide have achieved.

A partner in the company, Gerry has been involved in numerous Realtor related activities. These include serving as former director of the Carmel Association of Realtors, Chairman of the Realtor Orientation Committee, and a member of the Multiple Listing Service Committee.

Prior to joining Lowell Hopkins Properties, Gerry served as a partner and director of Burchell House Properties for 21 years.
